Methodology of teaching of management and Baťa system of management

Abstract

This paper discussed didactic experiences up to now and the possibilities for application of Baťa system of management in teaching of management. This system is comprehensive and creates the complex. One of its component it´s educational system for young people. Baťa was preparing the co-businessmen and collaborators - co-creators of his life´s work. Creativity, diligence, self-discipline, international spirit - it was the result education of absolvents of Baťa´s school of labour. Young men and women was prepared for real life. The holding of firm Baťa in industrialization of south of Bohemia is also significant. Students of Faculty of Agriculture should recognize the fundamentals of Baťa system of management, to study publications and documents with this subject matter. The research indicated their knowledge are not sufficient. This activity help them to find their place in the present world in era, called turbulent. Baťa system of management is continually viable.
