Study of specialist literature and its impact on managerial education

Abstract

The article is oriented to study of role and meaning of study of specialist literature and reading generally in managerial education. It be based on psychological studies, it refers to importance of reading for overall development of personality. It includes the research of select specimen of students of Agricultural Faculty, University of South Bohemia, České Budějovice with aim recognition their relation to reading. To realization of research purpose chosen questionnaire, study of written sources and managed interview. The contribution of reading to managerial education was studied. The article suggest the possibilities of utilization of managerial literature in teaching and in practice.
