The possibilities of protection of banks in providing credits

Abstract

The aim of this work is to verify the usage of the condition indices of financial analysis, the assessed subjects that are similar in all the evaluated non-financial aspects have been chosen to avoid distortion of the solvency due to the differences of the branches of enterprise, different qualities of management etc. Another prerequisite to avoid residual influences is the similarity of chosen companies' requirements concerning the kind of loan, its amount, maturity, repayment plan and purpose. The given model of solvency assessment can be laken advantage of in analyzing the clients' financial situation, but only as a supplementary method that gives only a global view of their financial situation.
