Possibilities of women’s employment in the labour market
The aim of this paper is to characterize women’s unemployment in the labour market in South Bohemia and find out what are the conditions for the women’s admission to occupation, particularly after maternity leave. For this purpose I examined the necessary information from the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Then authors prepared the questionnaire concerning the issue. Questionnaire survey helped me to create a picture of the women’s employment of in the South Region.
