Abstract

The fundamental practical contribution of my article is the completion of a management model of claim turnover whereof its implementation enables to enhance the productive force of the business entity and prevents the occurrence of a secondary insolvency of the enterprise. The secondary insolvency is forming an up-to-date problem of the current business entities and is often a reason for the occurrence of insolvency having its impacts in the field of commercial as well as criminal law. On the contrary, an appropriate management of turnover as well as the turnover period of claims leads to the enhancement of the rentability of the total paid-in capital as well as the economical efficiency. The nature of the proposed model consists in the observation and evaluation of determined ratio indicators as well as the investigation of structure of the registered claims following the matrix based on principles of an association table. The article is focusing on key resources of the Doctoral Thesis dealing with the topic „Management Analysis of the Selected Business Entity“- J. Zelená, 2007.
