Optimizing The Decision Of Human Resource Training In The Context Of Globalization

Abstract

Globalization is a phenomenon with a high degree of impact on the new type of human resource training. The present study aims to model some influence variables triggered by globalizatoin upon the human resource training by means of the dynamic programmig method and risk quantification using the WinQSB software.
