Abstract

Efficiency door Statistiek. Management (bedrijfsleiding) heeft een vocabulaire, maar geen grammatica. – De wiskunde heeft een grammatica, maar geen vocabulaire. – De wiskunde heeft een beperkt toepassingsbereik, dat de verleiding biedt, vervormingen toe te passen. – Het inzicht in de natuur van het probleem is belangrijker dan het goochelen met symbolen. – De grote moeilijkheid is de vertaling van het probleem in mathematische termen. – De manager (leider van het bedrijf) heeft recht op een proef voordat hij tijd en inspanning aan de zaak besteedt. – Aspecten van bedrijfsleiding, waarbij het statistische contact vaak onderschat wordt. – Kort beschreven gevallen, die de praktische resultaten van efficiency door statistieken illustreren.
