Abstract

By combining the ideas of Kirchheim [Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society 121, no. 1 (1994): 113–123] and Cheeger [Geometric and Functional Analysis 9, no. 3 (1999): 428–517], a notion of metric differentiability for mappings between metric spaces was studied in Caamaño et al. [Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society 153, no. 5 (2025): 2075–2088]. A Rademacher‐type theorem was introduced there, and this paper will study the validity of a Stepanov‐type theorem under the same assumptins.
