Nhận diện thành tố chính làm tăng nguy cơ sự cố công trình xây dựng tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Abstract

Bài báo này trình bày kết quả nghiên cứu các thành tố ảnh hưởng đến khả năng xảy ra sự cố công trình bằng phương pháp khảo sát bảng câu hỏi. Bảng câu hỏi với thang đo Likert-5-điểm đã được thiết kế từ 28 biến đã được nhận dạng. Lấy mẫu theo phương pháp thuận tiện. Thực hiện phân tích EFA cho bộ dữ liệu khảo sát đã chỉ ra 05 thành tố ảnh hưởng đến việc xảy ra sự cố công trình. Phân tích hồi quy tuyến tính bội cũng đã được thực hiện. Kết quả nghiên cứu có thể được sử dụng như là nền tảng cho việc đề xuất các biện pháp giảm nhẹ khả năng xảy ra sự cố công trình xây dựng tại TP.HCM.
