Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm khám phá ảnh hưởng của truyền thông nội bộ tổ chức đến hạnh phúc tinh thần của người lao động thông qua việc đáp ứng/thoả mãn ba nhu cầu tâm lý cơ bản bao gồm: nhu cầu tự chủ, nhu cầu năng lực và nhu cầu kết nối. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ 294 người lao động làm việc trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ. Mô hình phương trình cấu trúc bình phương tối thiểu từng phần (PLS-SEM) được dùng để kiểm định các giả thuyết nghiên cứu, kết quả cho thấy truyền thông nội bộ tổ chức có ảnh hưởng mạnh nhất đến nhu cầu kết nối, nhu cầu tự chủ, và cuối cùng là nhu cầu năng lực. Trong khi đó, để nâng cao hạnh phúc tinh thần của người lao động thì việc đáp ứng nhu cầu năng lực cần được ưu tiên trước, sau đó đến nhu cầu tự chủ và cuối cùng là nhu cầu kết nối.
