Abstract

Bài viết này nghiên cứu các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng giáo dục của các trường đại học và cao đẳng trên địa bàn TP.HCM. Nghiên cứu này tìm thấy cơ sở vật chất, chương trình đào tạo, đội ngũ giáo viên, môi trường học tập, dịch vụ hỗ trợ, năng lực người học, tổ chức và quản lý đào tạo, cách đánh giá kết quả học tập, bậc học, giới tính sinh viên và vùng miền là các nhân tố chính tác động đến chất lượng đào tạo của các trường đại học và cao đẳng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy sinh viên Hoa Sen hài lòng nhất, sinh viên RMIT Việt Nam cũng rất hài lòng với chất lượng đào tạo của trường mình.
