Abstract

Bài viết đánh giá ảnh hưởng của đổi mới sáng tạo đến bất bình đẳng thu nhập ở Việt Nam, thông qua xây dựng và kiểm định các mô hình kinh tế lượng sử dụng dữ liệu cắt ngang về kinh tế - xã hội năm 2023 ở cấp địa phương. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy bằng chứng định lượng về vai trò của đổi mới sáng tạo trong việc giảm bất bình đẳng thu nhập, được đại diện bởi hệ số Gini; và cung cấp thêm bằng chứng về tác động của các yếu tố khác đến bất bình đẳng thu nhập. Đây là nghiên cứu tiên phong trong ứng dụng bộ chỉ số đổi mới sáng tạo cấp địa phương (PII) được Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ công bố từ năm 2024; đồng thời cung cấp nhiều thông tin tham khảo định lượng cho các nhà hoạch định chính sách trong bối cảnh phát triển mới ở Việt Nam
