Tác động của chi tiêu công, biến đổi khí hậu đến tăng trưởng kinh tế ở các quốc gia đang phát triển

Abstract

Bài nghiên cứu đánh giá tác động của chi tiêu công, biến đổi khí hậu đến tăng trưởng kinh tế ở các quốc gia đang phát triển, sử dụng phương pháp hồi quy dữ liệu bảng (mô hình tác động cố định - FEM) cho 71 quốc gia đang phát triển từ năm 2010 đến 2019. Kết quả cho thấy chi tiêu công có tác động tích cực lên tăng trưởng kinh tế, trong khi đó biến đổi khí hậu không tác động lên tăng trưởng. Bên cạnh đó, kết quả cho thấy nhóm các quốc gia có biến đổi khí hậu được đánh giá ở mức rất thấp có chi tiêu công tác động dương lên tăng trưởng và ngược lại cho trường hợp nhóm các quốc gia có mức độ thấp, còn lại nhóm các quốc gia ở mức độ khác (cao) không tìm thấy ý nghĩa thống kê. Điều này hàm ý rằng chi tiêu công dường như mất đi tác động tích cực lên tăng trưởng kinh tế nếu các quốc gia đang phát triển phải đối mặt với tình trạng biến đổi khí hậu.
