Ảnh hưởng biến động giá dầu thô quốc tế đến hiệu quả hoạt động của các công ty niêm yết tại Việt Nam

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này đánh giá tác động của biến động giá dầu thô quốc tế đối với Hiệu Quả Hoạt Động (HQHĐ) của các công ty niêm yết tại Việt Nam, sử dụng ước lượng tổng quát hóa khoảnh khắc có hệ thống (SGMM) trên mẫu gồm 368 Doanh Nghiệp Niêm Yết (DNNY) trên hai sở giao dịch HOSE và HNX trong giai đoạn 2010 - 2022. Kết quả đạt được chỉ ra biến động giá dầu có mối quan hệ ngược chiều và có ý nghĩa thống kê đối với lợi nhuận của các DNNY. Ngoài ra, biến động giá dầu cũng có tác động cùng chiều và có ý nghĩa đến tỷ lệ chi phí hoạt động trên doanh thu thuần của các DNNY tại Việt Nam. Nhìn chung, các kết quả thực nghiệm cho thấy rằng sự gia tăng trong biến động giá dầu thô quốc tế có xu hướng làm suy giảm HQHĐ của các công ty niêm yết tại Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu cũng đưa ra các đề xuất chính sách nhằm giúp các DNNY ổn định HQHĐ trong bối cảnh biến động mạnh của giá dầu thô quốc tế.
