Abstract

Nghiên cứu này xem xét các thành phần của chất lượng mối quan hệ ảnh hưởng đến kết quả khởi nghiệp. Chất lượng mối quan hệ được đo lường bởi các thành phần như niềm tin, cam kết, sự hài lòng, chất lượng giao tiếp, đầu tư mối quan hệ giữa doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp và tổ chức hỗ trợ khởi nghiệp tại tỉnh Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu. Bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu định lượng, nghiên cứu đã sử dụng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính (SEM) với mẫu khảo sát 425 chủ doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy các thành phần của chất lượng mối quan hệ tác động dương đến kết quả khởi nghiệp. Cuối cùng, nghiên cứu đã kết luận và đưa ra hàm ý quản trị cho các doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp và hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo.
