قراءة حول تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة برأس المال المخاطر كآلية تمويلية مستحدثة في الجزائر Perusal of small and medium enterprises financing through venture capital as a new financing mechanism in Algeria

تسعى هذه الدراسة لإبراز مدى تفعيل رأس المال المخاطر كآلية مستحدثة لتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأهم ما توصلت إليه هذه الدراسة هو أن صناعة رأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر لا تزال في خطواتها الأولى، حيث سجل هذا التأخر بسبب وجود جملة من الصعوبات الميدانية التي تتطلب حلولا عاجلة تساهم في نجاح تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة برأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر. This study aims to highlight the extent to which venture capital is promoted as a new mechanism for small and medium enterprises financing in Algeria, and to achieve this objective, the descriptive-analytical approach is adopted. The most important finding of this study is that the venture capital industry in Algeria is still in its first stages, with an underdevelopment attributable to a set of practical difficulties which require urgent solutions that contribute to the success venture capital financing of small and medium enterprises in Algeria.
