قطاع السياحة في الجزائر كأسلوب لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي Algeria's tourism sector as a way to achieve economic diversification

تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على السياحة كأسلوب لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي،من خلال تقييم أداء قطاع السياحة الجزائري بالاستناد إلى مجموعة من المؤشرات كطاقة الإيواء، الميزان السياحي عدد الوافدين وعدد المغادرين،حجم العمالة في القطاع السياحي،وهذا لتحديد فاعلية الجهود المبذولة للنهوض بالقطاع، مع الإشارة إلى المعوقات التي تحول دون تطوره وفعاليته. توصلنا من خلال دراستنا إلى أنه وبالرغم من امتلاك الجزائر لمقومات سياحية متنوعة، إلا أنها مازالت لم تصل لقطاع سياحي فعال مما يفرض عليها رفع التحديات بوضع وتحديد إجراءات وتدابير تنموية صارمة لترقية القطاع السياحي The study aims to shed light on tourism as a method to achieve economic diversification, by evaluating the performance of the Algerian tourism sector based on a set of indicators such as accommodation capacity, tourism balance, number of arrivals and number of departures, the size of employment in the tourism sector, and this is to determine the effectiveness of efforts made to advance the sector, with reference to the obstacles that prevent its development and effectiveness.Through our study, we concluded that, despite Algeria's possession of a variety of tourism potentials, it still has not reached an effective tourism sector, which requires it to meet challenges by setting and defining strict development procedures and measures to upgrade the tourism sector.
