Abstract

سعت الإدارة الجبائية من خلال الإصلاحات التي انتهجتها في إطار العصرنة إلى إعادة هيكلة مصالحها باستحداث هياكل جديدة والتي من بينها المراكز الضريبية، حيث تمثل هذه الأخيرة مكسب معتبر للإدارة الجبائية التي تبنت استراتيجية جديدة تهدف من خلالها إلى التقرب أكثر من المكلفين بالضريبة بغية كسب ثقتهم، من خلال العمل على ضمان تقديم أحسن خدمة لهم وهذا بتبسيط وتحديث مختلف الإجراءات الجبائية و إعادة تجميعها على مستوى موقع واحد، وبذلك يسهل لهم و بشكل كبير أداء واجباتهم الجبائية بكل سهولة ويسر The tax administration has sought to restructure its services through the reforms adopted under the framework of modernization, by introducing new structures including among others tax centers, which represent a significant gain for the tax administration that has adopted a new strategy through which it aims to get closer to taxpayers and thus build their confidence, by working to ensure the highest quality of service thgrough simplifying and updating the various tax procedures and regrouping them at the level of one site, which will likely allow taxpayers to comply their tax obligations with ease
