Diagnostic the reality of Islamic Sukuk as an Updated Mechanism in the context of Developments in Islamic Financial Industry

هدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع الصكوك الإسلامية كبديل تمويلي مستحدث، ذلك لما تعرفه من طفرة نوعية ونجاح كبير في جميع معاملاتها، خصوصا ما تشهده الصناعة المالية الإسلامية مؤخرا من نمو في ظل تراجع أداء النظام المالي التقليدي، حيث تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وفقا ما إقتضته طبيعة الموضوع، وخلصت الدراسة إلى تحقيق الصناعة المالية الإسلامية لنمو متسارع في أصولها، والذي يرجع بالأساس إلى الثورة غير المسبوقة لإصدارات الصكوك الإسلامية خاصة بعد الأزمة المالية العالمية. The study aims to analyze the reality of Islamic Sukuk as an Updated financing alternative, this is because it knows of a qualitative leap and great success in all its transactions, especially the recent growth of Islamic Financial Industry in the face of decline in the performance of traditional financial system, where the descriptive and analytical approach was used, the study concluded that the Islamic financial industry has achieved accelerated growth in its assets, which mainly due to the unprecedented revolution in the issuance of Sukuk specially after the Global Financial Crisis.
