Through our study, we aim to strengthen the role of education and information and communication technologies in improving the administrative performance of local groups in Algeria, The modern approach of intensive knowledge industries has enabled institutions to realize the true value of their internal resources, which explains the transformation of institutions towards investing in knowledge resources and human assets, as well as building a system for acquiring knowledge , what the UAE has achieved. Le présent article a pour but de montrer le rôle de l'éducation et des technologies de l'information et de la communication dans l'amélioration de la performance administrative des collectivités locales en Algérie, le développement vers les technologies de l’information et de la connaissance et vers les modernes des industries à forte intensité de connaissances a permis aux institutions de prendre conscience de la véritable valeur de leurs ressources internes, ce qui explique la transformation des institutions vers l'investissement dans les ressources de connaissances et les actifs humains, ainsi que la construction d'un système d'acquisition de connaissances, ce que les Émirats arabes unis ont atteint.
