The enabling strategy and its impact on the development of creative behavior of employees within the communication process Directorate Médea

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر إستراتيجية التمكين في زيادة فعالية السلوك الإبداعي وتنميته، وذلك من خلال إلتماس الأثر بين التمكين والسلوك الإبداعي ومنه تحسين أداء المديرية العملية لاتصالات المدية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تصميم إستبانة وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية والبالغ عدده 41 مفردة، ولدراسة هذا الأثر فقد اعتمدنا على برنامج التحليل المسمى بالحزمة الإحصائية للدراسات الإجتماعية spss. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن اتجاه العينة حول استراتيجية التمكين والسلوك الإبداعي بالمديرية كان ايجابيا، حيث قدر المتوسط الحسابي لمحور التمكين ب 3,61 بدرجة موافقة مرتفعة، كما قدر الموسط العام لمحور السلوك الإبداعي ب 3,82 كذلك بدرجة موافقة مرتفعة، كما أثبتت الدراسة أن هناك أثر واضح للتمكين في تنمية السلوك الإبداعي بشكل عام وبالتالي تحسين أدء المديرية. The study aims to identifying the impact of empowerment in increasing the effectiveness and development of creative behavior, by seeking the effect between empowerment and creative behavior and thereby improving the performance of the directorate, to achieve the objectives of the study it was designed to identify questionnaire distribution members of the sample counting 41 unique, and to study this impact we adopted the analysis program SPSS. The study concluded that the direction of the sample on the enabling strategy and creative behavior directorate was positively, where the arithmetic average of empowerment was estimated at 3,61 with a high approval level, the arithmetic mean of the creative behavior axis was also estimated at 3,82 with a high approval score, the study also showed that there is a clear impact of enabling the development of creative behavior in general and thus improve the functioning of the directorate.
