Information and Communication Technology and its role in activating Knowledge Management

هدفت دراستنا لكشف العلاقة الوثيقة بين إدارة المعرفة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وإبراز أهم الفروق الجوهرية بين إدارة المعرفة وإدارة المعلومات ومعرفة مدى مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تفعيل إدارة المعرفة وإظهار أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحقيق اقتصاد المعرفة وتوصلنا في الأخير أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال لها دور فاعل في دعم ومساندة إدارة المعرفة إد تقدم جملة الأنظمة لدعم عمليات إدارة المعرفة وأهمها: أنظمة عمل المعرفة، أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، أنظمة العمل الجماعي من الخلال الشبكات الداخلية والخارجية كالإنترانت والاكسترانت. Our study aimed to reveal the close relationship between knowledge management andinformation and communication technology and to highlight the most fundamental differences between knowledge management and information management and to know the extent of the contribution of information and communication technology in the activation of knowledge management and to show the impact of ICT in achieving knowledge economy. Information and communication technology have an active role in supporting and supporting knowledge management AD provides a range of systems to support knowledge management processes and most important: knowledge work systems, artificial intelligence systems, teamwork systems through internal and external networks such as the Internet Rant and Extranet.
