Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مكونات النظام المصرفي والمالي الإسلامي في ماليزيا، ودراسة أهم العوامل التي مكنت من نجاح التجربة الماليزية في التمويل الإسلامي، ومحاولة الاستفادة من عوامل نجاحها في ظل التغيرات التي أصبحت تشهدها البيئة المالية العالمية والتي انعكست على القطاع المصرفي و المالي الاسلامي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن ماليزيا نجحت في الدمج بين النظام المصرفي التقليدي و النظام المصرفي الإسلامي، هذا الأخير ساهم في تعزيز المنافسة و رفع الكفاءة لكلا النظامين. كما تظهر الدراسة أن السوق المالي الإسلامي في ماليزيا تميز بانفتاحه على العالم من خلال الإعتماد على الابتكار المتطور في الأدوات المالية الإسلامية. This study aims to analyze the components of the Islamic banking and financial system in Malaysia, and to study the most important factors that enable to the success of the Malaysian experience in Islamic finance. The study concluded that Malaysia succeeded in merging the traditional banking system with the Islamic banking system, the latter contributed to enhancing competition and raising the efficiency of both systems. The study shows that the Islamic financial market in Malaysia was characterized by its openness to the world through reliance on advanced innovation in Islamic financial instruments.
