Dealing with unemployment between the positive and Islamic economy

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع البطالة وهو أحد أهم وأخطر المشكلات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تواجه دول العالم على حد سواء، وهذا لما يترتب عنها من أثار تنعكس سلبا على الفرد والمجتمع، ولقد حاولت الكثير من الدول المتطورة منها والنامية بشتى الوسائل والطرق للقضاء عليها، لكن مازالت قائمة دون حل جذري، ومازالت معدلاتها في تزايد مستمر. ولقد عالج الاقتصاد الإسلامي ظاهرة البطالة بطريقة فريدة ومميزة، وذلك من خلال بعديها الوقائي والعلاجي، ومن هذا المنطلق يهدف هذا البحث إلى عرض أهم الآليات الوقائية والعلاجية التي يقدمها الاقتصاد الإسلامي في علاجه لمشكلة البطالة. This research deals with the issue of unemployment, which is one of the most important and serious economic and social problems facing all of the world's countries, due to the negative effect on society and individuals. In fact, many developed countries as well as many developing ones tried to prevent this problem by different ways and means, without a radical solution, as its rates are continuing to increase. The Islamic economy has dealt with the unemployment phenomenon in a unique and distinctive way, through its preventive and therapeutic dimensions. Thus, the aim of this research is to present the most important preventive and curative mechanisms provided by the Islamic economy to solve the unemployment problem.
