آليات تطوير و تنمية أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس لكليات إدارة الأعمال - مدخل لتحسين الممارسة التعليمية في الجامعات

يمثل عضو هيئة التدريس لكليات إدارة الأعمال في الوطن العربي الدعامة الأساسية للتعليم العالي من خلال تحسين نوعية التدريس وتحقيق أهداف الكلية.ويستمد نفوذه من مكانته العلمية القوية وأدائه الجيد للأعمال الواجب القيام بها وتنمية مهارته وزيادة كفاءته . وبالتالي يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز التنمية الذاتية والجماعية و إكساب المهارات من خلال زيادة المعرفة، ،وذلك في إطار برامج مهنية جديدة مسايرة للوضع الاقتصادي العالمي الراهن، حيث ينبغي أن يكون لعضو هيئة التدريس في كليات إدارة الأعمال فلسفة واضحة عن المعرفة والتدريس والتعلم. The faculty member of the Faculties of Business Administration in the Arab World is the mainstay of higher education through improving the quality of teaching and achieving the objectives of the college. It derives its influence from its strong scientific position, good performance of the work to be performed and developing its skill and efficiency. Thus, this research aims to highlight the development of self and group and acquire skills through increasing knowledge, in the framework of new professional programs in line with the current global economic situation, where the faculty of business schools should have a clear philosophy of knowledge, teaching and learning. Les enseignant des Facultés d'Administration des Affaires dans le Monde Arabe est le pilier de l'enseignement supérieur en améliorant la qualité de l'enseignement et en atteignant les objectifs du collège: influence scientifique, bonne exécution du travail à accomplir et développement de ses compétences et de son efficacité. Ainsi, cette recherche vise à valoriser le soi et le groupe et à acquérir des compétences en approfondissant les connaissances, dans le cadre de nouveaux programmes professionnels adaptés à la conjoncture économique mondiale actuelle.
