Abstract
Olopatadine Hydrochloride is a selective histamine H1-receptor antagonist and mast cell stabilizer widely used in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis. The present study aimed to formulate and evaluate a sterile ophthalmic solution of Olopatadine Hydrochloride with enhanced stability, safety, and patient compliance. The ophthalmic solution was prepared using suitable excipients, including buffering agents, tonicity adjusters, preservatives, and viscosity enhancers to achieve optimal physicochemical properties and ocular compatibility.
