Abstract

Technostress has emerged as a significant occupational challenge in the information technology (IT) sector due to rapid technological advancements and increasing digital work demands. This study examined the relationships among technostress, psychological resilience, and individual work performance and investigated the moderating role of psychological resilience among Indian IT professionals. A cross-sectional correlational design was employed with a convenience sample of 200 IT professionals aged 20–40 years. Data were collected using the Technostress Scale, the Brief Resilience Scale, and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire. Spearman's rank-order correlation, Mann–Whitney U tests, and Hayes' PROCESS macro (Model 1) were used for data analysis.
