Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job security and motivation on organizational performance with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as intervening variables at PDAM Tirta Montala, Aceh Besar Regency. The number of respondents was 153 people. The selection of respondents used a census approach. The research results show that there is a significant influence of the 5 direct hypothesis influences that were tested. Likewise, of the 2 indirect hypotheses tested, both have a significant influence. The study conducted at the Tirta Montala Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) in Aceh Besar has important managerial implications for the sustainability and development of this company. These implications can guide managers and stakeholders in making strategic decisions, optimizing performance, and increasing operational efficiency.
