Abstract
In today’s globalized, rapidly evolving technological environment, businesses are forced to adapt to new economic realities. Digitalization is becoming a key factor in enhancing competitiveness, improving management efficiency, and creating innovative business models. In this context, establishing an effective mechanism for strategic management of a company’s digital transformation is particularly important. Digital transformation involves comprehensive changes in business processes, organizational culture, management approaches, and customer interactions through the active use of digital technologies. At the same time, implementing such changes requires systematic strategic management to ensure that technological innovations align with the company’s strategic goals. This article examines the mechanisms for strategically managing a company's digital transformation of its business processes as a key tool for ensuring the organization’s development and enhancing its competitiveness in a rapidly changing digital environment. The authors emphasize that digital transformation encompasses not only the introduction of new technologies but also fundamental changes in the company’s structure and management processes. The paper identifies the main components and principles for developing a mechanism for strategic management of a company's digital transformation of its business processes. The article also presents a framework for the strategic management of digital transformation, comprising theoretical foundations and a practical implementation mechanism for transforming an enterprise’s business processes. The practical significance of the article lies in the proposed management mechanism diagram, which can be used by enterprise managers, consultants, and researchers to plan and implement digital initiatives, improve business process efficiency, and ensure a high level of organizational adaptability.
