Bolgesel Kalkınma ve Işgucu: Bingol Ili Isgucu Piyasası Uzerine Bir Inceleme

Abstract

Bolgelerarası dengesizliklerin ortadan kaldırılması gelismekte olan ulkelerin cözmesi gereken onemli bir sorundur. Bolgesel kalkınma politikalarının temelinde de bolgeler arası sosyo ekonomik farkların giderilmesi vardır. Geri kalmıs bolgelerin temel sorunlarının basında gelen issizlik beraberinde diger ekonomik ve iktisadi sorunları ortaya cıkarmakta ve bolgesel geri kalmıslıgın onemli bir nedeni olmaktadır. Gelismekte olan bir ulke konumunda bulunan Turkiye’de de bolgesel dengesizlikler bulunmaktadır. Bingol de mevcut durumu dogrultusunda geri kalmıs bir il konumundadır. Bu calısmada oncelikle bolgesel kalkınma ve bolgesel kalkınmada isgucunun onemi acıklanmıs, TUIK (Turkiye Istatistik Kurumu) verileri dogrultusunda Bingol ilinin isgucu piyasalarının mevcut durumu incelenerek, bolgesel kalkınma acısından onemi ve gelecege yonelik planlaması degerlendirilmistir
