Abstract

The Paris-based Negotiable EUropean Commercial Paper (NEU CP) market is the leading short-term debt market in the European Union. It plays a key role in financing the economy. Thanks to its positioning and innovative nature, it is designed to promote the development of a genuine Savings and Investments Union in Europe. Le marché français des Negotiable EUropean Commercial Paper (NEU CP) est le premier marché de dette à court terme au sein de l’Union européenne. Il joue un rôle clé en matière de financement de l’économie. De par son positionnement et son caractère innovant, il a vocation à servir le développement d’une véritable Union pour l’épargne et l’investissement en Europe.
