Abstract

Job-to-job moves usually enable employees to improve their pay or working conditions. It is therefore an important factor in wage dynamics. Resignations, which often indicate a job change, can be used to forecast wage and inflation trends. Les changements d’emploi permettent généralement aux salariés d’améliorer leur salaire ou leurs conditions de travail. Ils sont donc un facteur important de la dynamique des salaires. Les démissions, indiquant souvent un changement d’emploi, peuvent être utilisées dans les prévisions de l’évolution des salaires et de l’inflation.
