L’industrie francilienne : des mutations de long terme toujours à l’œuvre

Abstract

Depuis plusieurs décennies, l’industrie francilienne subit de fortes mutations. Celles-ci se traduisent par une perte significative d’emplois, mais aussi par des évolutions dans la hiérarchie de ses principaux secteurs d’activité, dans sa géographie et dans ses modes de production. Depuis la crise de 2008, l’industrie francilienne s’est davantage orientée vers des activités de recherche, et s’accompagne d’une nette élévation de la qualification de sa main-d’œuvre. Les données les plus récentes laissent entrevoir une amélioration de la situation de l’industrie, amorcée en 2017.
