La fin des échanges des billets en francs

Abstract

La fin des échanges des derniers francs a eu lieu le 17 février 2012. Toutefois la totalité des coupures émises n’est pas revenue aux guichets des Instituts d’émission. Le « culot d’émission » a été reversé au Trésor public.
