Abstract

Instauré en 1984, confirmé par le législateur lors de différents aménagements notamment en 2008 dans le cadre de la Loi de modernisation de l’Économie, ce dispositif confié à la Banque de France est un élément de lutte contre l’exclusion bancaire.
