Abstract

This book review examines "Financial Tax Law" by Professor Armand Krasniqi, a newly released work (Publication Year: 2026) available in the Albanian academic literature. The author is a professor of law and economics and currently serves as Rector of University of Haxhi Zeka of Peja and as Full Professor of law courses at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina, Kosovo. The book is divided into 15 chapters and covers a significant number of issues related to the multidisciplinary field of financial tax law, including public finance, tax principles, budgetary law, tax system regulation, taxpayer rights, and the tax system of the Republic of Kosovo. In conclusion, the book presents a comprehensive, historical and practical study of the tax system and financial law, combining theory, history, law and practice, making it an important academic and professional reference for university-level studies and beyond.
