Menadžment Zasnovan Na Vrednosti: Teorijska Osnova, Akcionarski Zahtev I Koncept

Abstract

Pritisak finansijskih tržišta koji je posledica revolucije akcionarstva direktno utiče na rešavanje dileme: da li je misija preduzeća da maksimira bogatstvo akcionara ili je misija preduzeća da zadovoljava interese ostalih stejkholdera? Dominacija teorije o primarnom zadovoljenju interesa akcionara uzrokuje pojavu koncepta menadžmenta zasnovanog na vrednosti. Menadžment zasnovan na vrednosti je danas relevantan koncept i proces menadžmenta akcionarskog preduzeća u savremenom okruženju. Značaj vrednosti za akcionare zahteva transformaciju tradicionalnog preduzeća u preduzeće vođeno vrednošću. Ovaj rad razmatra teorijsku osnovu, akcionarsku revoluciju i osnovne karakteristike koncepta menadžmenta zasnovanog na vrednosti.
