Novi Pristup Mjerenju Ekonomskog Rasta: Prilagođavanje Nivou Razvijenosti

Abstract

Ovaj rad se bavi analizom ekonomskog rasta kroz pregled postojećih pokazatelja i teorijskih pristupa, uz poseban fokus na potrebu za preciznijim i pravednijim mjerama upoređivanja među zemljama različitog stepena razvijenosti. Tradicionalni indikatori poput bruto domaćeg proizvoda (BDP) i BDP-a po stanovniku, iako široko prihvaćeni, ne uzimaju u dovoljnoj mjeri u obzir strukturne razlike među državama, što može dovesti do pogrešnih zaključaka prilikom interpretacije ekonomskog napretka. Kao odgovor na ovaj izazov, u radu se predlaže novi indikator – Prilagođena stopa ekonomskog rasta nivou razvijenosti (Level Adjusted GDP Growth) – koji omogućava realnije poređenje performansi nacionalnih ekonomija. Ova mjera kombinuje rast ekonomske aktivnosti sa relativnim položajem zemlje u odnosu na prosjek grupe uporedivih zemalja, uzimajući u obzir paritet kupovne moći i konstantne cijene. Rezultati primjene ovog indikatora na uzorku od 32 evropske zemlje za period od 2015. do 2025. godine pokazuju značajne razlike u rangiranju zemalja u odnosu na klasične pokazatelje, čime se potvrđuje njegova analitička vrijednost. Predloženi indikator doprinosi objektivnijem sagledavanju stvarnog ekonomskog napretka i predstavlja koristan alat za formulisanje ciljanih i efikasnih ekonomskih politika.
