Analiza Produktivnosti I Tehničke Opremljenosti Rada Preduzeća U Prerađivačkoj Industriji Srbije (Labour Productivity And Capital-Labour Ratio Analysis Of Serbian Manufacturing Firms)

Abstract

S obzirom na hronično nizak rast prerađivačke industrije Srbije, u ovom radu analiziraju se produktivnost i tehnička opremljenost rada industrijskih preduzeća prema veličini i svojinskom poreklu, kako bi se sagledao njihov doprinos proizvodnji i proizvodnoj efikasnosti. Rezultati analize pokazuju da su, posmatrano po veličini, u periodu 2013-2020. najviše iznose pomenutih pokazatelja imala velika preduzeća, dok su po svojinskom poreklu to bila bivša društvena preduzeća. Rast iznosa osnovnih sredstava u posmatranom periodu nije bio visok, tako da se povećanje produktivnosti najvećim delom ostvarilo većim stepenom iskorišćenosti proizvodnih kapaciteta.
