Problem „Slepog Putnikaˮ Kao Determinanta Kolektivne Akcije Interesnih Grupa (The „Free Rider“ Problem As A Determinant Of Collective Action Of Interest Groups)

Abstract

Predmet analize je problem „slepog putnika” u svojstvu determinante koja ključno opredeljuje efikasnost sprovođenja kolektivne akcije interesnih grupa. Akcenat je stavljen na karakteristike procesa pribavljanja kolektivnog dobra, grupne norme, načine donošenja grupnih odluka i „racionalno neznanje” tipičnih birača. S obzirom na relativnu snagu argumenta problema „slepog putnika”, predstavljen je i formalni dokaz ovog fenomena. Zaključak je da tržišni učesnici, iako vođeni vlastitim interesima, uz uvođenje grupnih podsticaja uspevaju da se interesno organizuju. Članak je preglednog karaktera, sa namerom da izvrši sintezu postojećih teorijskih nalaza u vezi sa predmetom analize.
