Nova Neoklasična Sinteza I Ekonomska Politika Posle Velike Recesije 2008. Godine (New Neoclassical Synthesis And Economics Policy After Great Recession 2008.)

Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je da predstavi osnovne doprinose nove neoklasične sinteze makroekonomskoj teoriji i na njoj zasnovane preporuke ekonomskoj politici. Nova neoklasična sinteza predstavlja novi konsenzus u makroekonomiji, a nastala je sintezom hipoteza različitih ekonomskih škola. Međutim, Velikom recesijom 2008. godine mnoge hipoteze su dovedene u pitanje, a otvorena je i debata o pravcu do tad vođene ekonomske politike. Zanemarena finansijska tržišta dolaze u fokus posle izbijanja ekonomske i finansijske krize 2008. godine, za čiji nastanak je najzaslužnija pogrešno vođena monetarna politika i nedovoljno kontrolisan finansijski sektor. U vođenju ekonomske politike reafirmisana je pasivna uloga fiskalne politike, dok makroprudencijalne politike dobijaju na svom značaju. Napuštanjem neoklasične dogme o savršenoj samoregulaciji i konkurenciji otpočeta je reafirmacija ekonomske teorije i politike.
