Kritički Osvrt Na Novi Zakon O Finansijskoj Podršci Porodici Sa Decom U Srbiji (Critical Comment On New Law On Financial Support To Family With Children In Serbia)

Abstract

Ovaj rad analizira potencijalne populacione i distributivne efekte novog Zakona o finansijskoj podršci porodici sa decom koji je na snazi od 1. jula 2018. godine. U članku ćemo se pretežno fokusirati na roditeljski dodatak koji je značajno povećan novim zakonom. Ukratko ćemo se osvrnuti i na naknadu zarade za vreme porodiljskog odsustva i na dečiji dodatak. Novi Zakon je doneo značajne izmene kod uslova za dobijanje naknade zarade za vreme porodiljskog odsustva. S druge strane, zakonska rešenja koja se odnose na dečiji dodatak su nepromenjena. Rad daje jedan kritički osvrt na novi Zakon i doprinosi stručnoj polemici o usmerenjima populacione i socijalne politike u Srbiji.
