Abstract

Implementacija nekonvencionalnih instrumenata monetarne politike od strane vodećih centralnih banaka u periodu poslije finansijske krize je otvorila novo poglavlje u teoriji i praksi monetarne politike. Za razliku od standardnih instrumenata monetarne politike za koje teorija ima prilično jasno i dokumentovano objašnjenje smjera i intenziteta djelovanja, područje efekata nekonvencionalnih instrumenata i dalje predstavlja komplikovano područje. Cilj ovog rada je da se napravi pregled kanala kroz koje djeluje politika kvantitativnih olakšica kao i efekata koje je ova politika proizvela u državama koje su je primjenjivale ili još uvijek primjenjuju. Pored toga, u radu će biti ocijenjeni efekti prelivanja nekonvencionalnih mjera na realni i finansijski sektor u BiH i Srbiji.
