Abstract

Women and children are the most vulnerable sections of the population, who more often than not can find themselves under the side impact of kidnappers, find themselves in a situation where, under circumstances (which do not always depend on their will), they become a commodity. The sex industry is outlawed in most countries of the world. In such circumstances, women become especially defenseless, as the fear of physical violence, the negative attitude of society, representatives of the authorities and other factors are not helpful, but on the contrary, add to their confusion. In countries where prostitution has been decriminalized, the situation is completely different, and the percentage of sex workers affected by lawlessness is much lower. The fact is that it is impossible to completely overcome such a phenomenon as prostitution. However, it is possible to create conditions under which people involved in this field will no longer feel alone with their problems. The mission of social workers is to help create conditions that would help change the situation in this area to a more humane one, help women change their lives for the better, complete the necessary rehabilitation course and discover new, positive traits in life, in people, in their outlook on life and believe in yourself
