Development strategy of the economic system of Ukraine in the post-war period

Abstract

The article examines the problem of implementing a strategy for the development of Ukraine's economy through the prism of Russian military aggression and European aspects of its implementation. It is clarified what efforts must be made by the state to successfully rebuild the economic system of Ukraine, taking into account the globalization changes in modern society. It is substantiated that effective structural reconstruction of the economic system requires adequate financial support, which is designed to ensure qualitative changes in society. The author argued that state policy in the field of economic modernization should be a component of the general mechanism of sustainable development. This approach involves solving three interrelated problems, such as creating a more competitive economy, raising the standard of living of the population, and improving the environmental situation. The author revealed the main directions of the economic strategy. What is the system and mechanism of strategic management of assets and capital of enterprises of any branch of the economy in the absence of an accurate and detailed picture of the future and high risk. The given areas of recovery of Ukraine, which according to the adopted new economic strategy, include a total of eight programs.The main goal that Ukrainian companies should strive for on the way to success as adaptation to new conditions of the competitive market and consolidation of occupied positions is substantiated. The market environment requires participants to respond quickly to changes. Market competition determines the most viable structures. The market encourages rational management, the ability to calculate costs and profits. In a market economy, a viable relationship is an equivalent exchange, a paid service. In addition, the market stimulates the differentiation of profits according to the final results of economic activity. Despite the ongoing war, Ukraine continues its national review of progress in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Formulated strategic directions of the development of the economy of Ukraine at the current stage have specific implementations. The author states that the study of plans for the strategic development of Ukraine's economy is an important aspect of the recovery program in the post-war period and the future development of the country
