Encuesta a las empresas españolas sobre la evolución de su actividad: septiembre de 2021

Abstract

Según la cuarta oleada de la Encuesta del Banco de España sobre la Actividad Económica (EBAE), en el tercer trimestre del año se ha mantenido la recuperación de la producción y el empleo que comenzó en el segundo trimestre y se anticipa un repunte adicional de la facturación empresarial para los meses finales de este año. Esta mejora es bastante generalizada por ramas, aunque más destacada en la hostelería, que en los trimestres anteriores había acusado más intensamente las consecuencias de las medidas de distanciamiento social desplegadas para frenar la pandemia. En cuanto a los costes y precios, los resultados muestran una intensificación del repunte de los precios pagados a proveedores que se observaba en trimestres pasados, en parte asociado a las dificultades de suministro que había en algunas ramas de actividad. Estos mayores costes se estarían trasladando, parcialmente, a los precios cobrados por las empresas. Por último, se mantiene la mejora de las perspectivas de medio plazo percibida en el trimestre anterior.
