A fesztiválok gazdasági, társadalmi hatásai és mérési módszereik

Abstract

A tanulmány célja, hogy röviden összefoglalja és egyben bemutassa a fesztiválok, a fesztiválturizmus legfontosabb hatásait egy adott gazdaságra, régióra. A szakirodalom alapján a három legfontosabb terület, mely a gazdaságot érinti s melyre befolyással vannak a fesztiválok (méretüktől függetlenül is), a fizikai, a gazdasági és a társadalmi-kulturális hatások. E cikkben ezeket a területeket mutatom be, illetve röviden ismertetem a hatásuk nagyságának, erősségének mérési módszereit is. Ezt követően ismertetem Donald Getz professzor 2010-ben az International Journal of Event Management Researchben publikált, „The nature and scope of festival studies” című tanulmányának főbb eredményeit, a fesztiválkutatások trendjeit és a kutatása végeredményeként kapott diskurzusait.
