Hogyan étkezem? - Hallgatók étkezési szokásainak vizsgálata egy felsőoktatási intézményben

Abstract

Bizonyára az emberek többsége került már a gyakori dilemmát okozó „Mit vegyek fel?” helyzetbe, illetve állt már zavartan egy cukrászda finomságokkal teli üvegpolcai előtt, és kért az eladótól mindenekelőtt „egy pillanat türelmet”. Életünk döntések sorozatából áll, tudatosság nélkül is folyamatosan összehasonlítunk, mérlegelünk, gyakran a másodperc tört része alatt választunk különböző alternatívák közül. Ez akkor sincs másként, ha étkezésre kerül a sor. A fogyasztói, és azon belül is az élelmiszerfogyasztói magatartás már rég óta megfigyelt, elemzett, kutatott témakör. Ebben a tanulmányban a fogyasztói döntési folyamat főbb lépései, az ezekre ható tényezők, valamint egy, a BGF KVI Karán tanuló hallgatók étkezési szokásait feltérképező primer kutatás eredményei kerülnek bemutatásra. Mind a szekunder kutatás, mind a primer kutatás eredményei alátámasztják azt, hogy a fogyasztói magatartás - ökonómiai, szociológiai, pszichológiai, vagy antropológiai megközelítéssel is - összetett, többlépcsős ok-okozati összefüggésekre épülő, hatások sokaságát befogadó, változékony folyamatként írható le.
