IT szakmák és kompetenciák a felsőoktatás szemszögéből

Abstract

A vállalkozásoknak IT szakemberekre van szükségük az információs rendszerük fejlesztéséhez és működtetéséhez. De milyen szakemberekre? Ugyanígy kérdés, az igényelt kompetencia- kör. Az IT szakemberek képzése több szinten történik. Kutatásunk a felsőoktatásra, azon belül is az alap- és mesterképzés által kibocsátott szakemberekre, és a vállalatok oldaláról jelentkező kompetencia-igényre terjed ki. A felsőoktatás számára miniszteri rendelet írja elő a képzési és kimeneti követelményeket (KKK), amely tartalmazza informatikus-képzésben indítható szakokat, és előírja a kimeneti kompetenciákat. A követelmények meghatározásánál figyelembe vették az EU keretrendszereinek ajánlásait. A vállalkozások az IT munkaerő- igényeiket jellemzően munkakörök alapján határozzák meg, amelyhez ugyancsak kompetencia-igényeket csatolnak. A kettő kapcsolatára fókuszálva, irodalomkutatás és online felmérés részeredményei jelennek meg ebben a műben.
