Talented employees' identification in public organization in Saudi Arabia

Abstract

This research aims at investigating talented employee identification in public organization in the context of Saudi Arabia. In order to achieve the research aim, the researcher has conducted semi- structured interview with 18 human resource managers in public organizations. Following the analysing the result, this paper demonstrates that public originations need to improve its system and policies regarding talented employee identification.
